Awa Medical has a minimum order quantity of 5 x units across our full product range or a minimum order value of $300.00 + GST. 

Yes! We work with a wide range of medical consumable suppliers in both Aotearoa and overseas. If your health care centre has a specific health care product requirement get in touch and we will work with you to source it.

We hold a significant stock levels so we have a usual delivery time of approximately:

  • North Island addresses - approximately 1-4 business days
  • South Island addresses - approximately 3-5 business days

Please note that your delivery may take longer if:

  • One or more of your items is out of stock

  • Our suppliers are out of stock

  • We are waiting on an overseas delivery 

If any of the above scenarios are relevant we will ensure you are advised at the time of enquiry and providing you with a quotation. 

Yes absolutely! If you are needing assistance with shipping outside of New Zealand do not hesitate to get in touch for a quotation as we are here to assist. 

Please get in touch with our team as we can then assist you with providing a formal quotation so you can confirm and finalise your order. 

Awa Medical is able to accept standard payment via Bank Transfer / Direct Payment. We issue all our clients with an Invoice once an order has been finalised which lists our Bank Account details so payment can be arranged. Please note if you have an account with Awa Medical we have payment terms we can offer you.
